As a health counselor, nutrition and holistic educator, attachment theory specialist, and author I bring both professional training and something deeper. The hard-earned wisdom of my own healing journey. The wounds I've walked through and the bridges I've built across my own broken places brought me here. My healing journey has been my greatest teacher. Where textbooks offered theory, my trauma offered truth. The fractures that once left me fragmented now form the foundation of my understanding.
I've navigated the darkest corridors of my own heart and learned to illuminate them with compassion. This is why I can hold space for your shadows... because I've made peace with my own.
